REFERRALS

PARKING

All vehicles parked on the lot must display a current parking pass after 10pm.

If your vehicle is towed, please refer to the signs on the lot for specific instructions.

MOVE OUT PROCEDURES

All notices to vacate  must be received in the office by the first day of the month for the end of that month (i.e., on or before January 1 for January 31).

All notices must be written and submitted to Rental Office or included with your previous month’s rent payment. Please include your name, address, and date of move-out. Each leaseholder must sign the move-out.

Before your move-out date you will receive a packet,  with information concerning procedures for vacating your unit; if you have any questions, please contact the Rental Office.

RENT PAYMENTS

Rent is due by the first day of each month. There is a five-day grace period, after which time a late fee will be assessed.

All checks or money orders should be made payable to BMC Property Group. Please list your apartment number on the payment to facilitate processing.

TRANSFERS

Tenants may apply for a transfer after completing their first year’s lease.

To apply for a transfer, the applicants need the following:

  • Excellent payment history in current unit

  • 2 pay stubs or equivalent income information

  • Management inspection of apartment condition

Tenants should contact Resident Services to inquire about a transfer.

NOISE COMPLAINTS

Quiet Hours are between 11:00PM and 8:00AM. Disturbing noises are never permitted, however, regardless of the time.

If you have a noise complaint, we encourage you to contact your neighbor directly. Many times the offending party does not realize how sound travels between apartments.

If talking with your neighbor doesn’t solve the problem, you are encouraged to let Resident Services know so that we may assist.

REMOVING  A NAME  FROM LEASE

In order to remove a name from the lease, Resident Services needs a letter signed by all leaseholders as to the proposed change.

Remaining tenant(s) must establish that current income information (paystubs, tax forms, etc.) continues to meet income guidelines for that apartment.

After the office establishes the remaining tenant qualifies for the apartment, they may set up an appointment to sign a new lease for the remaining term.

In all cases, the security deposit stays with the unit.

The online form is for regular maintenance requests and is only received during normal business hours, so don't use it for after hours emergencies.

During regular Rental Office hours, please call the office directly at  301-490-3988. If they don't answer leave a message and a ticket will be generated.

For emergencies after hours, please call the emergency maintenance number:
